Safety and trust in Senza

How we think about safety, approvals, and human control.

I do not want a system that moves fast and breaks trust. Speed without safety is just noise.

The trust problem

People will not hand over important work to a system that can surprise them. That is true for me, and it is true for the teams I talk to.

What safety means to us

Safety is not just about security. It is about clarity. If a system proposes a change, you should know why. If it can act, you should have the power to approve or decline.

The Senza model

Senza builds a structured plan, validates it, and requires a human commit for state changes. Every decision leaves a clear trail. That is how you move fast without guessing.

What this enables

When people trust the system, they use it. When they use it, they get outcomes. Safety is the price of real productivity.
