Senza in the wild

A target-state workflow story for how Senza will feel in real work.

This is a target state story. It is the workflow we are building toward.

The work is simple on paper. It is a short research sprint followed by a client ready deliverable. In practice it is messy. There are seven people involved, a shared calendar, and a backlog that keeps shifting.

The intake

We start with a single prompt. What are we trying to decide, by when, and who needs to be involved. Senza turns that into a clear scope, a draft plan, and a list of questions we need to answer before we can move.

The plan

Senza pulls in the relevant docs and notes. It proposes a plan with owners and dates, but nothing ships until I approve it. That approval matters because the plan cuts across real schedules and real people.

The execution

As the work moves, Senza keeps the plan coherent. When we learn something new, we change the plan and see the downstream impact before we commit it. It makes the project feel calm, even when the work is not.

The outcome

The goal is simple. Deliver on time. Make sure the team knows what is happening and why. Reduce chat noise, missed handoffs, and uncertainty about decisions.
