Design partners · v1 · 2026

Work with us on the first wedge.

Senza is for Microsoft 365 natives whose days run on calendar and inbox.

ANZ first, MS Partners preferred. Vision aligned, product oriented, design and communication-first organisations.

§1

Who this is for

Fast-moving senior contributors in Microsoft-shop environments. Specifically:

  • Enterprise IT ops
  • Consulting ops
  • Compliance and regulated-industry ops
  • Finance ops at large corps

We are looking for people whose days run on calendar and inbox, where:

  • Decisions made in meetings have to reach four or five places as soon as possible: the brief, the SOW, the change record, the customer email, the deck, the sheet, the task tracker.
  • Your team works in Microsoft 365: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. To Do or Planner for tasks.
  • You have the rhythm to try something new across your real meeting load and watch what happens over six weeks.

The cost of implementing meeting follow through is something you've personally felt in the last month.

§2

What Senza does today

Senza retrieves a meeting's transcript from the Teams API and generates concrete follow-up actions for your review.

It proposes tracked-change suggestions in Word.

It drafts emails for Outlook, edits for Excel, and Teams channel posts.

It also prepares new follow-up calendar invites and tasks for To Do or Planner.

You review each one and edit it, dismiss it, or approve it. Senza then makes the change just like you would: tracked-change suggestion on a shared Word doc, direct edit on an owner-only one, email sent, invite sent, task created. Nothing changes in Office 365 until you've confirmed it.

We go into this in more depth in our blog:Close the meeting loop.

§3

What Senza does not do today

Senza is pre-release. This is what it doesn't (or doesn't yet) do:

  • Senza is currently for maximum 2-3 teams' meeting load you actually run. We're not yet ready for an org-wide rollout.
  • Microsoft 365 only for this cycle. Not Google Workspace, not Slack, not Notion.
  • Senza's integration surface inside Microsoft 365 is narrow on purpose:

    • Word: tracked-change suggestions on shared docs, direct writes on owner-only docs.
    • Excel: cell and named-range value updates, no formulas, no row or column inserts.
    • PowerPoint: text in existing text boxes, no slide structure changes.
    • Outlook calendar: new follow-up invites only, no reschedule.
    • OneNote, SharePoint Lists, and SharePoint pages are out for v1.

We want to really nail core surfaces before expanding.

  • Transcripts come from Microsoft Teams recordings. We're still dependent on Microsoft capturing those transcripts accurately.
  • No enterprise SSO. No SOC2 attestation. No procurement path. This partnership is design-partner-level, not procurement-level.
  • No uptime commitments. Things break and we work with you directly to fix them.
  • Pricing is locked below what Senza will cost after partner stage. That's part of the trade.

§4

What partners do. What partners get.

The ask

  • Use Senza on your real Teams meeting load for six weeks.
  • Prioritise a 30-minute feedback video call each week.
  • Let someone on the team sit in on a few sessions and watch Senza get used.
  • Honestly and directly share what works, what doesn't, what you'd change if you could.

The offer

  • Direct founder access. The person fixing bugs is the person building it.
  • Your pain-points feed into the roadmap
  • Locked pricing, below what Senza will cost after partner stage.
  • Priority access when Senza opens up past partner stage.

§5

Apply

15 minutes to ensure a good two-way fit.

Senza is intentionally limited to a Microsoft 365 integration for this cycle (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, To Do or Planner), but we'd like to understand your entire stack.

Be specific: does follow-through take hours of your day? Do you lose important actions or ownership?

Be specific: which documents, spreadsheets, decks, emails, threads, or task lists need to update, and how do you keep them current today?

Secure transmission. We read every application directly.

Status: Pre-launch. Building the first version of Senza with our design partners. Cohort open.
