These Terms govern your use of the Senza website (the "Site") and your submission of information to join our waitlist or contact us.

This Site is operated by Artworks Labs Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand ("Senza", "we", "us", "our").

"Senza" and related branding are unregistered trade marks of Artworks Labs Limited.

5. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and any pre-release materials are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to NZD $150.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under New Zealand law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

The courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
