Senza build log 001
Small, real progress. What we shipped, what we learned, and what is next.
First Senza build log. Keeping it short and real.
What moved
- We shipped 18 of 22 Context Engine v0 tasks, with the last 4 in progress or queued.
- We scoped the core product surfaces it will serve: Today, Execute, Backlog, and Day Plan.
- We built the marketing site and stood up the blog.
What we learned
The context engine is the heart of the product. It is the layer that makes Today useful for orientation, Execute reliable for real work, Backlog trustworthy as the canonical list, and Day Plan meaningful for today and tomorrow.
At a high level, the engine owns ingest, summarization, resolution, and proposal. It turns raw signals into structured context, then into proposed actions, all within strict permission boundaries. It is opinionated about human control and auditability. That is the backbone we are building before the flashy parts. It keeps us honest.
What is next
- Finish up the last pieces of the context engine and begin the testing process.
- Implement SGIL v0 and build a full graph mock to test against.
- Extend real graph operations and keep testing until we are confident against live data.
- Publish the first posts and keep a steady blog cadence.
